Liberty I – 1988

One’s imagination will see her as

A luxurious personal yacht for a most private and hedonistic adventure

To exotic places with a few intimate friends.

One’s practical mind will see her as a potential acquisition of an ongoing business,

She being the most comfortable, commodious and appealing charter yacht of her size in the Caribbean.

One’s analytical mind will see her as a truly custom Irwin built in conjunction with the renowned top quality Ross Yard in 1988 for an original Owner who was extremely knowledgeable, controlled every phase of the custom construction process based on an unlimited pocketbook, and kept her for the first fourteen years of her life under constant care and attention for his own personal use. Upon his death, LIBERTY I gained her second very attentive Owner in 2002 who, in spite of her Bristol condition, has just recently completed a $150,000 year long refreshing ‘Day at the Spa’ for this most beautiful lady.

She is now offered for sale at $795,000.

So, why is LIBERTY I Something special? She is herself a most uncommon sailing yacht, plus, she offers the opportunity to acquire the best of breed in the Caribbean Charter World & An ongoing, most professionally operated Charter Business. If one wanted to enjoy significant revenue from their new toy.

And, if you take the time to read the following Section, the fact that she is something special will be noted.

Liberty 1 was custom built for an experienced New England yachtsman with his captain overseeing her building, and also managing her customization, post launching, at the Courtney Ross shipyard in Clearwater Florida. Under the care of only 1 owner until a few years ago and never having been chartered, she has now been completely fitted out for the charter business. For anyone looking for a superb, cruising yacht that is already well-equipped and ready to go as an on-going charter business, with an experienced charter crew already aboard, LIBERTY 1 deserves a personal and meticulous inspection. No expense has been spared in bringing this always well-cared-for cruising yacht even further into tip-top condition. Every mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system has been meticulously scrutinized and overhauled by a respected Captain/Project Manager.
