Accommodations and Layout
Sleeps six owners and guests in three ensuite staterooms. The master stateroom occupies the entire full beam, aft portion of the yacht with a comfortable settee, built-in writing desk and bookshelves. The two ensuite guest staterooms are next forward of the master stateroom and are mirror images of each other, 1 to port and 1 to starboard. Next forward is the large, raised, main saloon with two large settees, an L-shaped to port and a U-shaped to starboard arranged around the dining table. Located in the aft starboard section of the saloon, the wet bar has a drinks refrigerator and icemaker, abundant bottle, glass and wine storage with drawers and adjacent storage cabinets. Forward of the salon is the galley to starboard and laundry to port. Crew accommodations include two crew cabins with four berths and a shared, separate head and shower.
The entire interior has been redecorated with the assistance of Jamie Linn of Miami, well known for her knowledge of Feng Shui, working together with the Owners and interior yacht decorator Louella of P.O.S.H. All new European quality bed covers, bed linens in French designer fabrics and luscious bath towels have been purchased new in 11/02 and 3/03. The dining room has been equipped with all new china, glassware and complementary silverware to match the newly refreshed interior. The entire interior is both air conditioned and heated by reverse cycle. All overheads are white. Cabin soles are varnished teak and holly with elegant Oriental area rugs or carpets atop them and sound-deadening pads added underneath for noise attenuation. There are black out shades for all hatches and new designer coverings for the opening ports. All winches and hydraulics have been completely overhauled in November of 2002. New exterior cushions and sun awnings, new custom dinghy davits and much more make this yacht the best ready-to-go cruising or charter vessel on the market today.

Remarks:
Liberty 1 was custom built for an experienced New England yachtsman with his captain overseeing her building, and also managing her customization, post launching, at the Courtney Ross shipyard in Clearwater Florida. Under the care of only 1 owner until a few years ago and never having been chartered, she has now been completely fitted out for the charter business. For anyone looking for a superb, cruising yacht that is already well-equipped and ready to go as an on-going charter business, with an experienced charter crew already aboard, LIBERTY 1 deserves a personal and meticulous inspection. No expense has been spared in bringing this always well-cared-for cruising yacht even further into tip-top condition. Every mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system has been meticulously scrutinized and overhauled by a respected Captain/Project Manager.
